This location is central. I walked almost everywhere I wanted to go. The staff were attentive, they ensured my bags were already in my room after I dropped them off early. A complimentary prosecco and popcorn were a lovely welcome..

The coffee and tea facilities were somewhat basic. Two tea bags between two guests were not enough. I know I could ask for more, but I really wanted a couple of cups immediately.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a picnic breakfast for my early departure. The hotel has a superb location right in the theatre district. Lots of good restaurants are nearby.

The room was not cleaned. This happened despite my not hanging the door ticket requesting no cleaning. I was told I should have pressed the button by the door. The button by the door has no instructions, as the writing had worn off.

The location was wonderful, and i walked everywhere i wished. staff was gentle and kind from the start. i did enjoyed the bar. Drinks felt special. the room was so quiet and i enjoyed the bath.

the lighting was quite dim, i must admit. i would prefer a brighter space when i dress up.

The staff was very friendly and kind. They put a little cake in the room and some prosecco because it was my boyfriend's birthday. I thought it was very kind. The location was awesome. I could walk to many restaurants, stores, and museums. I was minutes away from everything. What a great place!

The furnishings seemed tired and the carpet was worn. It was not what I hoped for. I paid extra for a premium room, and I think that's a problem. There was no milk in the room! I had a tea and coffee maker, but I couldn't use it without milk. What is the point of that?
